Common questions
Does the player need ID?
Follow your shop's local policy and agent guidelines. The system may collect contact info for account recovery.
Can the shop see the player's password?
Shops should set a temporary password and ask the player to change it, or let the player choose during creation — per your operational policy.
What if registration fails?
Check for duplicate email/phone. Escalate to shop manager if the error persists.
