Player Withdrawal Flow

A withdrawal (or redemption) is when a player takes money out of their game balance and receives cash (or another approved payout).

Who is involved​

  • Player — requests payout
  • Cashier — processes at counter (cash payout)
  • Shop manager — may need to approve large amounts

When it happens​

  • Player has enough balance for the requested amount
  • Shop is open and cashier shift is active (for cash payout)
  • Amount is within daily or per-transaction limits (if configured)

What success looks like​

  • Player balance reduced by withdrawal amount
  • Player received correct cash
  • Transaction recorded on cashier's shift
  • If approval was needed, approval is logged with manager name

Important rules​

  • Cashier cannot pay more than the approved withdrawal amount.
  • Cashier cannot reverse a completed withdrawal — escalate to manager.
  • Player must be identified per shop policy before large payouts.
  • Insufficient shop cash float — manager arranges cash before completing payout.

Other payout methods​

Some shops or regions may support non-cash withdrawal (e.g. crypto, bank transfer). Those flows have separate confirmation steps and timing. Ask your agent which methods are enabled for your shop.

Common questions​

How long does approval take?
Depends on manager availability. Train staff to set player expectations during busy hours.

Can a player cancel a pending withdrawal?
If still pending approval, manager or cashier may cancel per shop policy. Once paid, it cannot be undone in the system without escalation.

What if the player says balance is wrong?
Do not pay out until manager verifies transaction history.
