What is KioskGaming?

KioskGaming helps shops run gaming kiosks where players can play games and manage their account balance.

Think of it as a chain of connected tools:

  • A player signs up and plays at a shop or online.
  • A shop manages players, cashiers, and day-to-day operations at one location.
  • An agent manages multiple shops in an area.
  • A super agent manages agents in a larger region.
  • The platform team runs the overall system and supports everyone.

All of these roles use separate web portals — each person only sees what they need for their job.

How money moves (simple view)

Player brings cash to shop

Cashier records a deposit → Player balance goes up

Player plays games (balance goes up or down)

Player asks to withdraw → Cashier or shop processes payout

Player receives cash (or other approved payout method)

Every cash movement is tied to a shop, a cashier, and a shift so the shop can reconcile cash at the end of the day.

Key ideas to remember

  1. One account hierarchy — Admin creates super agents, super agents create agents, agents create shops, shops create players.
  2. Cash is tracked carefully — Opening cash, deposits, withdrawals, and closing cash are counted every shift.
  3. Players can join two ways — A shop can register them, or they can sign up themselves on the public website.
  4. Updates are planned — New features and fixes are released on a regular schedule (see Releases).
