Who Does What

Every person on the platform has a specific role. Each role can only manage the level directly below them.


The chain of responsibility

Platform (Admin)


Super Agent — manages agents in a region


Agent — manages shops in a local area


Shop — manages players and staff at one location


Player — plays games and uses their balance

Role summary

Platform team (Admin)

  • Runs the overall system
  • Creates super agent accounts
  • Handles platform-wide issues and configuration
  • Does not handle day-to-day shop cash or player disputes at the counter

Super Agent

  • Business partner or regional distributor
  • Recruits and supports agents
  • Views reports for their territory
  • Creates agent accounts

Agent

  • Local reseller or operator
  • Sets up and supports shops
  • Creates shop accounts
  • Helps shops with operational questions

Shop owner / Shop manager

  • Runs one physical gaming location
  • Creates player accounts (optional — players can also self-register)
  • Manages cashiers, work shifts, and devices
  • Reviews cash discrepancies and approves large withdrawals
  • Handles no-shows and shift exceptions

Cashier

  • Works at the shop counter during an assigned shift
  • Accepts cash deposits from players
  • Processes withdrawal requests (within limits)
  • Counts opening and closing cash
  • Cannot change past transactions or access other shops

Player

  • Plays games on kiosk or web
  • Deposits money to increase balance
  • Withdraws money when they want to cash out
  • Manages their own login credentials

Important rules

  • A cashier belongs to one shop only — they cannot work across shops.
  • A cashier only sees their own shift — not other cashiers' work.
  • Large withdrawals may need shop manager approval.
  • Cash differences at shift close are flagged for manager review — this is normal process, not a punishment.
