Portals Overview
KioskGaming has separate web portals for each role. Each person logs into one portal that matches their job. You only see the tools and data you need.

- Higher levels create and support accounts below them.
- Shop is where players and cashiers meet in person.
- Player portal is separate — players do not use the Shop or Agent portals.
Two types of balance (simple explanation)
Many accounts work with two kinds of balance:
| Balance type | Used for |
|---|---|
| Credits | Day-to-day operations — giving credits to players, distributing to shops |
| USD online balance | Buying more credits or withdrawing to crypto (where enabled) |
Shops and agents see both on their dashboard. Players see their game balance (credits) when playing.
