Admin Portal

The Admin Portal is used by the KioskGaming platform operations team (internal staff). It is the highest-level control panel for running the entire system.

note

This portal is not for shops, agents, or players. If you work at a shop, use the Shop Portal instead.


Who uses it

What you can do

Dashboard

  • See platform-wide numbers: users, wallet totals, transactions, open withdrawals, support tickets
  • Get a quick health check of the system

Players

  • Search and view any player account
  • See profile, balance, and account status
  • Ban or unban a player
  • Close an account permanently when required (with safeguards)
  • Update account status when policy allows

Payments and withdrawals

  • View all payment transactions across the platform
  • Review failed or stuck payments and retry when appropriate
  • Process refund requests
  • Withdrawal requests — approve, reject, or complete player payouts
  • Flagged withdrawals — review unusual withdrawal patterns before paying out

Wallets

  • Game wallets — view player game balances, sync balances, recall funds when needed
  • USD wallets — monitor USD balances across accounts, review withdrawal requests
  • Credit wallets — view credit ledgers for partners (super agents, agents, shops)

Account management

Create and manage accounts at every level:

  • Fraud rules — limits and flags for suspicious activity

Support and communication

  • Support tickets — reply to issues raised by partners or internal staff
  • Broadcasts — send system-wide announcements (senior admins)
  • In-app popups — targeted messages to players, shops, or agents

Monitoring

  • View integration logs for games, payments, and webhooks (senior admins)
  • Investigate technical issues reported by partners

Manual deposits

  • Review and confirm manual game deposits when automatic processing needs a human check

Typical daily tasks

  1. Clear the withdrawal request queue
  2. Check flagged withdrawals and unusual activity

What Admin does not do

  • Admin does not replace shop managers for daily cashier operations
  • Admin does not handle routine shop cash counts — that stays with the shop
  • Admin does not create players at the counter — shops and self-registration handle that
