Agent Portal

The Agent Portal is for local agents (resellers or operators) who manage one or more gaming shops in their area.


Who uses it

  • Local distributors or kiosk operators
  • Agent office staff who support shops
  • Anyone logged into an agent account

Your place in the hierarchy

Super Agent

You create and support shops. Shops then serve players and run cashiers at their locations.


What you can do

Dashboard (Home)

  • See your credit balance and USD balance
  • View how many shops and players you have
  • Buy credits quickly when you need to restock
  • Distribute credits to a shop

Manage shops

  • View a list of all your shops
  • Create a new shop — set name, login details, and shop pricing
  • Suspend or unsuspend a shop when there is a compliance or payment issue
  • Open a shop’s detail page to:
    • Send or withdraw credits for that shop
    • Update shop name or password
    • Set the shop’s cost rate (must stay above your own rate)
    • Choose which games the shop can offer
    • View the shop’s transaction history

Manage players

  • See all players registered at your shops
  • Search by shop, name, phone, or email
  • Open a player profile to review balance and activity
  • Support shops when they escalate player issues

Money and transactions

  • Buy credits with USD or supported crypto
  • Distribute credits from your balance to a shop
  • Pull credits back from a shop to your agent balance when needed
  • View full credit transaction history and download reports
  • Manage USD wallet — view activity and withdraw to crypto (where enabled)
  • View provider fees (reference only)

Fraud and risk

  • Review fraud indicators for players at your shops
  • Analyze unusual withdrawal patterns
  • Resolve flags after investigation

Communication

  • Receive broadcasts from the platform or super agent
  • Send popups or broadcasts to your shops and players (if permitted)

Settings

  • View your cost rate (set by super agent or platform)
  • Configure low balance alerts
  • Enable two-factor authentication

Typical daily tasks

  1. Top up credits if your balance is low
  2. Distribute credits to shops that need stock for player deposits
  3. Answer shop calls about player accounts or withdrawal approvals
  4. Onboard a new shop — create account and share login details securely
  5. Review fraud alerts from the previous day

What Agent does not do

  • Does not operate the cashier counter — shop cashiers do that
  • Does not approve every player withdrawal — shops handle their own queue within limits
  • Does not manage other agents — that is super agent level
