Player Portal
The Player Portal is for end users who play games on KioskGaming. You can use it on a web browser or at a shop kiosk (touch screen at the gaming location).
Who uses it
- Anyone with a player account
- Walk-in customers who register at a shop or sign up online
How to get an account

What you can do
Play games
- Browse available game providers and titles
- Launch games using your account balance
- Winnings and losses update your balance as you play
Check your balance
- See your current credit balance on the home screen or wallet section
- View balance per game provider when multiple wallets are shown
Deposit money
At the shop (cash):
- Go to the counter
- Give cash to the cashier
- Balance updates immediately
Online (where available):
- Use approved payment methods to add funds to your account
- Follow on-screen steps for crypto or other methods your region supports

Withdraw money
At the shop (cash):
- Request a withdrawal at the counter or through your account
- Cashier or shop processes the payout
- You receive cash when approved

- Some requests need shop or platform approval

- Update profile information where allowed
- Change password
- Verify email or phone for security
- Turn on extra login security if offered

Tips for players
- Keep your login private — do not share password with others
- Check balance before and after playing
- Get a receipt or confirmation from the shop for large cash deposits
- Withdrawal limits may apply — ask shop staff if a payout is delayed
- If balance looks wrong, tell the cashier or shop manager while still at the location
Free player vs shop player
Some players sign up online without visiting a shop first. Others are registered directly by a shop. Both use the same account type — the difference is only how you joined. You can play the same games either way.
