Shop Portal

The Shop Portal is for shop owners and managers who run a gaming kiosk location. This is your main tool for day-to-day business.

important

Cashiers cannot use the Shop Portal for counter work. They have a separate Cashier Portal. In the Shop Portal you only manage cashier accounts, schedules, and reports.

Who uses it

  • Shop owner
  • Shop manager
  • Authorized back-office staff

Your place in the hierarchy

Agent
└── Shop (you)

Your agent supports you with credits and policy. You manage players and staff at your location.

    • Remove credits (redeem / withdrawal from account)
    • Ban or unban a player for a set period
    • Resend login credentials
    • View their transaction history

Withdrawals

  • USD ledger — online USD wallet activity
  • Download CSV reports for your records
  • Request USD withdrawal to crypto (where enabled, with security verification)

Two balances explained

BalanceWhat you use it for
CreditsGiving credits to players when they deposit or when you adjust accounts
USD onlineBuying more credits, or withdrawing to crypto

When you run low on credits, buy more from the dashboard or contact your agent for a credit distribution.

Typical daily tasks

  1. Check dashboard — enough credits for the day?
  2. Review withdrawal approval queue
  3. Confirm cashier shifts are scheduled and staffed
  4. End of day: review cashier reports and discrepancies
  5. Handle player issues at the counter (or support cashiers)

See Shop Daily Operations for a full day checklist.

What Shop Portal does not do

  • Cash deposits at the counter — cashiers do this in the Cashier Portal
  • Change platform rules — contact your agent
  • Manage other shops — you only see your own shop
