Super Agent Portal

The Super Agent Portal is for regional partners — businesses that manage a territory and oversee multiple local agents.


Who uses it

  • Regional distributors or business partners
  • Territory managers who recruit and support agents
  • Staff authorized by the super agent account

Your place in the hierarchy

You create and manage agents. Agents then manage shops. You can also see and act on shops and players across your entire territory when needed.


What you can do

Dashboard

  • See your credit and USD balances
  • View a tree of your agents, shops, and players
  • Check key statistics for your territory

Manage agents

  • Create new agent accounts
  • Set pricing (cost rate) for each agent
  • Suspend or reactivate an agent
  • Distribute credits to agents from your balance
  • Withdraw credits back from an agent when needed
  • Choose which game providers each agent can offer

Manage shops

  • View all shops under your agents
  • Open shop details — balances, activity, settings
  • Move a shop from one agent to another when business structure changes
  • Create shops (where your agreement allows)
  • Suspend or update shop settings

Manage players

  • View players across your territory
  • Move a player to a different shop when appropriate
  • Review player details and linked shop

Money and transactions

  • Buy credits using USD balance or supported crypto methods
  • Distribute credits down to agents or shops
  • View credit transaction history and export records
  • View USD wallet activity and request crypto withdrawals (where enabled)
  • See provider fees (view only)

Fraud and risk

  • Review fraud indicators for players in your territory
  • Investigate unusual withdrawal or profit patterns
  • Mark issues as resolved after review

Communication

  • Receive platform broadcasts and announcements
  • Send popups or broadcasts to shops and players (if your account has this permission)

Settings

  • View your cost rate (set by platform)
  • Turn on low balance warnings so you know when to top up
  • Enable two-factor login for extra security

Typical daily tasks

  1. Check dashboard balances — top up credits if running low
  2. Review new agent or shop requests and onboarding
  3. Distribute credits to agents who need stock for their shops
  4. Follow up on fraud indicators or escalations from agents
  5. Read platform broadcasts for policy or release updates

What Super Agent does not do

  • Does not replace agents for day-to-day shop support — agents are the first line for their shops
  • Does not work the cashier counter — that is shop staff
  • Cannot change platform-wide rules — those are set by Admin
