Summary
This release rebuilds Admin and portal dashboards with period-scoped tabs, adds a new Admin notification system, introduces Shop Funding Debt (platform fronting) for concurrent online deposits, and expands 0xProcessing USDT network variants.

- Shop Funding Debt (platform fronting) covers concurrent player online deposits that would otherwise oversell a shop’s credits after the player has already paid. - While a shop has outstanding funding debt, shop finance actions are frozen — counter deposit/redemption, shop→player deposit, shop USD withdrawal, agent pulling credits from the shop, and player external cashout.
